Jabeenz reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Continued use of the website after changes have been posted means you accept the updated terms.
About our products
All Jabeenz garments are original designs, created and manufactured by our in-house team. Every piece is handcrafted, which means slight variations in colour, embroidery, and finish are a natural part of the process and reflect the quality of handmade work.
We photograph our products as accurately as possible, but colours may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device settings and display calibration. If you have any concerns about a specific colour or detail, please contact us before ordering and we will be happy to help.
Pricing
All prices on our website are listed in British pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Some products are listed in "enquire" mode rather than with a fixed price. These items require a consultation to discuss your requirements before we can provide an accurate quote. Please get in touch with us by phone, email, or WhatsApp to arrange this.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Bespoke and custom orders
Jabeenz specialises in bespoke bridal and occasion wear. If you commission a custom piece, please note the following:
- Deposits - a non-refundable deposit is required when placing a bespoke order. The exact amount will be confirmed during your consultation
- Lead times - bespoke garments take time to create. We will provide an estimated completion date when you place your order, and we will keep you informed of progress
- Non-returnable - because bespoke items are made to your specific measurements and preferences, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Please make sure all details are confirmed and agreed before production begins
- Alterations - minor alterations after delivery may be possible depending on the garment. Please contact us to discuss
Returns and exchanges
For standard (non-bespoke) items purchased through our website:
- You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item
Items that have been worn, altered, or returned without tags cannot be accepted for a refund or exchange.
Delivery
We offer delivery across the United Kingdom. International delivery may be available on request - please contact us to discuss.
Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. We do our best to meet these estimates, but delivery times are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will arrange a resolution.
Intellectual property
All designs, images, text, logos, and other content on this website are the property of Jabeenz and are protected by UK intellectual property laws. Our garments are original Jabeenz creations, designed and manufactured by our team.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
Jabeenz provides this website and its contents on an "as is" basis. While we take care to ensure that product information is accurate, we do not guarantee that all information on the website is complete, current, or error-free at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jabeenz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website or the purchase of our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
