Our Promise
Jabeenz takes care to ensure that all our garments are in perfect condition. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for ready-to-wear items purchased through our website.
Please note: No returns or exchanges on in-store purchases.
Returns — Ready-to-Wear Items
To return a ready-to-wear item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email at sales@jabeenz.co.uk with your order number
- Provide details with a valid reason and attach photographs of the item, packaging, and condition
- Ship the item to our warehouse within 2 working days of approval:

Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from perfume or deodorant marks
- All original tags must be attached and undamaged
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item
- If an item arrives damaged, you must report it on the same day of delivery
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Bespoke and made-to-order garments
- Sale items
- Items with customised design or stitching
- Items that have been worn, altered, or returned without tags
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size, subject to availability. To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the size you require
- Return the original item to our warehouse in its original condition
If the replacement item is a different price, we will either issue a store credit for the difference or request additional payment.
Exchange Conditions
- No exchanges on bespoke, customised, or sale items
- Subject to stock availability
Bespoke & Made-to-Order
Due to the custom nature of bespoke garments, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order items. We strongly recommend visiting our showroom for a fitting or sending detailed measurements via WhatsApp before finalising your order.
Non-refundable deposits apply to all bespoke orders.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched.
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped
- Sale items cannot be cancelled
Failed Deliveries
If our courier cannot deliver your order, the parcel will be returned to us. You will have up to three weeks from the date we receive the returned parcel to contact us and arrange re-delivery.
If you do not contact us within this period, we will issue a refund minus postage charges. If you wish to receive the goods after the three-week period, you will need to place a new order at the current listed price.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item and confirming its condition. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
We will refund the value of the goods returned but will not refund any shipping charges paid on the original order.
