UK Delivery
We offer free standard delivery across the United Kingdom on all orders.
- Standard delivery: 3–5 working days (free)
- Express delivery: 1–2 working days (available at checkout for an additional charge)
Orders placed before 4 PM on a working day will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4 PM or on weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
International Delivery
We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination:
- Europe: 5–10 working days
- Rest of World: 7–22 working days
Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. The price shown at checkout is the final shipping cost.
Duties & Taxes
- UK orders: VAT is already included in the price displayed on the website
- International orders: import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s customs regulations and are the responsibility of the buyer
Bespoke & Made-to-Order
Bespoke and made-to-order garments have a production time of 6–10 weeks, after which standard delivery times apply. We will keep you updated throughout the process via WhatsApp or email.
Collection from Showroom
Free collection is available from our Manchester showroom. We will notify you by WhatsApp or email when your order is ready for collection.

Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp from which you can follow the progress of your shipment based on the latest updates from the shipping provider.
Change of Delivery Address
We are able to change the delivery address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your address.
Items Out of Stock
Subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss whether you would prefer to await restocking or receive a refund. Existing items in your order will be reserved while we await the backordered item.
Parcels Damaged in Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged on arrival, please reject the parcel from the courier if possible and contact us immediately. If the parcel was delivered without you being present, please contact us with photographs of the damage.
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
Parcels Lost in Transit
If your delivery time has exceeded the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier. All parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier. We will process a refund or replacement once the parcel is deemed lost.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page.
