About Jabeenz
What is Jabeenz?
Jabeenz is a specialist Asian and South Asian bridal and occasion wear manufacturer based in Manchester, established in 1975. We design and handcraft bridal lehengas, shararas, ghararas, anarkalis, party wear, maxis, gowns, and formal outfits for every celebration. With nearly 50 years of heritage, every Jabeenz piece is an original creation made with premium fabrics and traditional hand-embroidery techniques.
Why should I choose Jabeenz for my bridal or party outfit?
Jabeenz is a manufacturer, not a reseller. That means original designs, honest pricing with no middlemen, full customisation to your body and vision, and our unique pre-dispatch verification where you see and approve your garment before it ships. Our designer works with you one-to-one using nearly 50 years of experience to create something truly personal. Every outfit is handcrafted to the highest standard using only premium materials from trusted, verified suppliers.
Is Jabeenz a manufacturer or a reseller?
Jabeenz is a proud manufacturer. Every design is created in-house by our experienced team and handcrafted by skilled artisans. We do not resell, stock, or copy other brands. This gives us full control over quality, pricing, and customisation, and it means every piece that leaves our workshop is a genuine Jabeenz original.
How much does an Asian bridal outfit cost at Jabeenz?
Pricing depends on the design, fabric, and level of embroidery work. Because we are a manufacturer working directly without middlemen, our prices reflect genuine value for the quality and craftsmanship you receive. We are always transparent about costs upfront. Contact us via WhatsApp or visit our showroom for a free consultation and we will give you a clear quote based on your requirements.
Where is Jabeenz located?
Our showroom is at 934 Stockport Road, Levenshulme, Manchester M19 3AB. We have been proudly serving the community from this location since 1975. We are open daily from 11am to 7pm. Free parking is available nearby and we are easily accessible by bus and Metrolink tram. We also serve customers across the UK and Europe through WhatsApp consultations and delivery.
Does Jabeenz deliver across the UK and Europe?
Yes. We deliver to customers across the United Kingdom and Europe. UK is our primary focus, and all orders are sent via tracked, insured courier services. For customers outside Manchester, we offer full WhatsApp video consultations so you get the same personal experience as visiting our showroom.
Can I see my outfit before it ships?
Absolutely. Before every dispatch, we send you detailed photos of the finished garment and offer a WhatsApp video call so you can see the embroidery, colour, fabric, and overall look up close. You confirm you are happy before paying the final balance and before we ship. This pre-dispatch verification is our promise that what you receive is exactly what you approved.
How do I get started with Jabeenz?
Getting started is easy. You can message us on WhatsApp for the fastest response, call us on 07361 805655, visit our Manchester showroom, or use the enquiry form on our website. Our designer will have a one-to-one conversation with you to understand your occasion, style preferences, and ideas. From there we guide you through every step of the journey.
What occasions does Jabeenz cater for?
We cater for every South Asian celebration including Mehndi, Baraat, Walima, Nikkah, Eid, engagement parties, receptions, and formal evening events. Whether you need a show-stopping bridal lehenga or elegant party wear, we create outfits for every occasion with the same care and craftsmanship.
What makes Jabeenz different from other Asian bridal shops in Manchester?
Three things set us apart. First, we are a manufacturer with nearly 50 years of heritage, not a retailer reselling other brands. Second, our designer works with every customer one-to-one, personalising every detail from fabric and colour to embroidery and silhouette, using only the best materials suited to your requirements. Third, our pre-dispatch verification process means you see and approve your finished outfit before it ships. Our reputation is built on trust, quality, and genuine care for every customer.
Orders & Enquiries
How do I place an order with Jabeenz?
You can place an order through our website enquiry basket, via WhatsApp, by calling us on 07361 805655, or by visiting our Manchester showroom. For bespoke orders, we recommend starting with a consultation so we can understand your vision and walk you through fabric, design, and sizing options together.
What is the difference between Enquire and Buy on the website?
Some items are available to purchase directly online, while bespoke and made-to-order pieces require an enquiry first. The enquiry lets us have a proper conversation about customisation, confirm your measurements, and make sure the outfit is exactly right for you before we begin handcrafting it. It is our way of giving you a personal experience even online.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers (BACS), card payments (Visa and Mastercard via Stripe), and cash at our Manchester showroom. For bespoke and made-to-order items, we ask for a 50% advance deposit to begin work, with the remaining 50% due before dispatch.
How does the deposit system work?
A 50% deposit is required to start your bespoke or made-to-order piece. The remaining balance is due before we dispatch your outfit. Before you pay that final balance, we send you detailed photos and offer a WhatsApp video call so you can see the finished garment up close and confirm you are happy with every detail. You are always in control.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. Once your order is confirmed and the deposit received, we send a full confirmation via WhatsApp and email. This covers your design specifications, measurements, estimated delivery timeline, and payment summary. Everything is documented so you have complete peace of mind.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Amendments can be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, production will have begun and changes may not be possible. This is why we spend time during the consultation to get every detail just right before work starts.
How can I track my order?
We keep you updated at every stage through WhatsApp. You will receive progress photos of your garment during production and full tracking details once it has been dispatched. You are never left wondering where your order is.
What is the best way to contact Jabeenz?
WhatsApp is our fastest channel. You can message us anytime and we will respond promptly. You can also call us on 07361 805655, send an Instagram DM to @jabeenzbridal, or use the enquiry form on our website. Our showroom is open daily from 11am to 7pm.
Bespoke & Custom
What does the Jabeenz bespoke service include?
Our bespoke service covers the full journey from your first one-to-one consultation with our designer to delivery at your door. That includes personalised styling advice, fabric and colour selection from the best materials suited to your requirements, original design work shaped around your ideas and dreams, precise measurements, handcrafted embroidery, progress photos throughout production, and a pre-dispatch video call so you approve the finished garment before it ships. With nearly 50 years of experience, we treat every bespoke order with the personal care it deserves.
How long does a bespoke order take?
It depends on the complexity of the piece. Bridal outfits typically take around 10 weeks, party wear around 8 weeks, and simpler pieces a minimum of 4 weeks. We confirm the exact timeline during your one-to-one consultation so you can plan with confidence.
Do you take orders for party wear?
Yes, we absolutely do. Jabeenz creates handmade party wear with light or heavy embroidery work depending on your preferences and the look you want to achieve. Whether you have a clear vision or just an idea, our designer sits down with you one-to-one to understand your dream outfit and bring it to life. We select the best fabrics and embroidery style suited to your occasion, and every piece is crafted with the same care and attention as our bridal work. Party wear orders typically take around 8 weeks depending on the level of detail involved.
How personalised is the Jabeenz design experience?
Every Jabeenz order begins with a one-to-one consultation with our designer. We take the time to listen to your ideas, understand your vision, and respect every detail you share with us. Our aim is to meet your dreams and translate them into a beautifully crafted outfit. With nearly 50 years of hands-on experience, our designer knows how to select the best materials, suggest enhancements that elevate the design, and guide you towards choices that are perfectly suited to your occasion, body shape, and personal style. Nothing is rushed, and nothing is generic. Every piece is as unique as the person wearing it.
Can I bring my own design idea?
Absolutely, and we love it when customers do. Share your inspiration images, sketches, or Pinterest boards with us. Our design team will work closely with you to refine the concept, suggest enhancements drawn from nearly 50 years of experience, and create something truly unique. Every piece we make is an original Jabeenz creation.
Where are Jabeenz garments made?
All our garments are designed right here in Manchester and handcrafted by our skilled artisans in Pakistan. We work only with trusted, long-established production partners and maintain direct oversight of every stage, from fabric sourcing through to embroidery and finishing. Quality control is at the heart of everything we do.
Can I choose my own fabric and colour?
Yes. We offer a wide range of premium fabrics including rich raw silks, organza, chiffon, velvet, net, jamawar, and cotton silk. You can specify exact colours, and we provide colour matching to coordinate with your event theme or family outfits. If you need to see the fabric before deciding, we can send swatches or close-up photos via WhatsApp.
Do you offer fittings during the bespoke process?
For customers who can visit, we offer fittings at our Manchester showroom. For those further away, we work from detailed measurements and send progress photos and video calls throughout production. Either way, we make sure the fit is right before dispatch.
Can I customise an existing design from your collection?
Yes. Any design in our collection can be fully customised. That could mean changing the colour, fabric, embroidery style, neckline, sleeve length, or silhouette. Think of our collection as a starting point that we shape entirely around your preferences.
What if I am not sure what I want?
That is completely normal, and many of our happiest customers started with just a vague idea. Our designer works with you one-to-one, listening to your thoughts and drawing on nearly 50 years of experience to guide you through options, show you the best fabrics and past work, and help your vision take shape step by step. We respect every detail and personalise every choice to suit your requirements. This is what we have been doing since 1975, and we genuinely enjoy the creative process with every customer.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the United Kingdom and to Europe. UK deliveries are our primary focus, and every order is sent via a tracked, insured courier service to make sure your garment arrives safely and on time.
How long does delivery take?
For ready-to-ship items, UK delivery is typically 1 to 3 working days. Bespoke orders are dispatched after your final approval and payment, with delivery within 1 to 3 working days from that dispatch date.
Is my order insured during delivery?
Yes. Every single order is fully insured during transit. We use secure, tracked delivery services so your garment is protected from the moment it leaves us until it reaches your hands.
How is my outfit packaged?
Each garment is carefully wrapped in premium packaging to prevent any damage during transit. Bridal outfits receive extra-protective packaging with tissue layering and a branded garment cover. We understand how precious your outfit is, and we package it accordingly.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we share the tracking number and courier details via WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery in real time. You will always know exactly where your outfit is.
Can I collect my order from the showroom instead?
Of course. Showroom collection is available for all orders at no extra cost. We will let you know as soon as your outfit is ready, and you can visit us at 934 Stockport Road, Levenshulme, Manchester. We are open daily from 11am to 7pm.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs vary depending on your location and the size of the order. UK mainland delivery is competitively priced and all shipments are fully tracked and insured. We will confirm the exact delivery charge before you place your order so there are no surprises. Showroom collection is always available at no extra cost.
Do you ship internationally outside Europe?
Our primary delivery areas are the United Kingdom and Europe. For customers outside these regions, please contact us via WhatsApp to discuss your requirements. We may be able to arrange shipping depending on the destination, and we will always ensure your garment is fully insured and securely packaged for the journey.
Returns & Policy
What is your returns policy?
All sales at Jabeenz are final. Because every piece is either bespoke or carefully curated, we do not accept returns or exchanges. To make sure you are completely satisfied, we have a thorough pre-dispatch verification process. You see detailed photos and can join a WhatsApp video call to view your finished garment before you pay the final balance and before we ship. You always approve before it leaves our hands.
Why does Jabeenz not offer returns?
Our garments are handcrafted, often bespoke, and made specifically to your measurements and design choices. They cannot be resold. Instead of relying on a returns process, we put our energy into making sure you love your outfit before it ships. Through photos, video calls, and your personal approval, we make sure there are no surprises. That is a better promise than any returns policy.
What is the pre-dispatch verification process?
Before every dispatch, we send you high-quality photos of the finished garment and offer a WhatsApp video call so you can see the embroidery, colour, fabric, and overall look in detail. You confirm you are happy before paying the remaining balance and before we ship. This process is our commitment to making sure what you receive is exactly what you approved.
What happens if my order arrives damaged during delivery?
This is very rare because of our careful packaging, but if your garment is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp with photographs of the damage. All our orders are fully insured, and we will resolve the issue promptly through professional repair, replacement, or an insurance claim.
Can I cancel my order after production has started?
Once production has begun, which is after the 24-hour amendment window, orders cannot be cancelled. At that point, materials have been sourced and skilled work has started on your piece. Deposits are non-refundable. This is exactly why we take the time upfront to discuss and confirm every detail before production begins.
Do you provide receipts and order documentation?
Yes. Every order comes with a detailed receipt covering your design specifications, measurements, agreed timeline, and full payment breakdown. This is sent via WhatsApp and email so you have a clear record of everything.
What if I am not happy with my outfit?
We do everything possible to make sure you love your outfit before it leaves us. Through our pre-dispatch verification, you see detailed photos and join a video call to inspect the garment up close. You approve the final piece before paying the remaining balance and before we ship. This process is designed so that any concerns are addressed before dispatch, not after. If there is a genuine manufacturing fault, we will absolutely make it right.
Are deposits refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable once production has begun. At that point, premium fabrics have been sourced and skilled artisan work has started specifically for your order. This is why we invest time during the consultation stage to confirm every single detail before production begins. You are always fully informed and in agreement before any work starts.
Sizing & Measurements
How do I provide my measurements for a Jabeenz order?
There are a few easy ways. You can visit our Manchester showroom for professional measuring by our team, use the guided measurement form on our website, or share your measurements directly via WhatsApp. We also have a detailed measurement diagram to help you measure accurately at home. Whatever method you choose, we are here to guide you.
Can I give my standard dress size instead of body measurements?
Yes, you can. If you provide your typical UK or international dress size, our team will work from standard sizing charts. However, for the best possible fit, especially for bridal and bespoke orders, we strongly recommend providing detailed body measurements. A great fit makes all the difference.
What measurements do you need?
The key measurements are bust, waist, hip, shoulder width, arm length, and total garment length. For certain designs we may also ask for neckline depth, sleeve style preference, and trouser or sharara length. Our online measurement form walks you through each one step by step.
What if my measurements change before my outfit is ready?
If your measurements change during the production period, please let us know as soon as possible. Minor adjustments can often be made depending on the stage of production. For bridal orders, we recommend finalising measurements two to three weeks before the estimated completion date.
Do you offer alterations on Jabeenz garments?
Yes, we offer alterations on garments originally purchased from Jabeenz. Because we know the construction, fabrics, and techniques used in our own pieces, we can alter them properly and maintain the quality. Please note we do not alter garments purchased elsewhere. Contact us via WhatsApp to discuss what you need.
Will my bespoke outfit fit perfectly?
We take every care to make sure it does. Between precise measurements, our experienced tailoring team, and the pre-dispatch photo and video verification, the vast majority of our customers receive garments that fit beautifully. For local customers, in-person fittings at our showroom are also available.
Can I get professionally measured at the Jabeenz showroom?
Yes. Our experienced team can take your full measurements at our Manchester showroom. This is the most accurate method and we recommend it especially for bridal and heavily structured outfits. The consultation is completely free and there is no obligation to order. Just visit us or book an appointment via WhatsApp.
What if I am between standard sizes?
That is one of the biggest advantages of ordering from Jabeenz. Because every piece is made to your individual measurements, there is no need to fit into a standard size. We craft the garment to your exact body measurements, so it fits you perfectly regardless of where you fall on any size chart.
Product & Care
What types of garments does Jabeenz specialise in?
We specialise in bridal lehengas, shararas, ghararas, anarkalis, pishwas, maxis, gowns, and party wear for every South Asian occasion. Every piece is designed in-house and handcrafted using traditional techniques including zardozi, dabka, kundan, sequin, and thread embroidery. We have been perfecting this craft since 1975.
Are all Jabeenz designs original?
Yes. Every Jabeenz design is our own original creation. We are a manufacturer, not a reseller or stockist. We do not produce replicas or copies. Each outfit is designed by our team with decades of expertise and can be further personalised to make it uniquely yours.
What fabrics do you use?
We work with premium fabrics including raw silk, organza, chiffon, velvet, net, jamawar, and cotton silk. All our fabrics are sourced from trusted, verified suppliers we have worked with for years. The right fabric choice depends on the garment type, occasion, and your personal preference, and we are always happy to guide you.
How should I care for my Jabeenz outfit?
We recommend professional dry cleaning for all our garments. Store your outfit in the breathable garment cover we provide, away from direct sunlight and damp conditions. For heavily embroidered pieces, fold them carefully with tissue paper between the layers rather than hanging them for long periods. Proper care will keep your outfit looking beautiful for years.
Will the colour look exactly as shown on the website?
We photograph our garments as accurately as possible, but screen colours can vary between devices. For bespoke orders, we can send fabric swatches or close-up photos taken in natural light via WhatsApp so you can confirm the exact shade before production begins. We want you to be completely confident in your choice.
Do you sell accessories to complete the look?
Yes. We offer a curated range of accessories including jewellery, clutch bags, dupattas, and footwear. Our styling team can help you choose pieces that complement your outfit and create a polished, cohesive look for your event.
What makes Jabeenz different from other Asian bridal boutiques?
Jabeenz is a manufacturer with nearly 50 years of heritage, established in Manchester since 1975. Unlike retailers who resell other brands, we design and produce everything ourselves using only trusted, verified suppliers. This means original designs, honest pricing with no middlemen, full customisation, and our unique pre-dispatch verification process where you see and approve your garment before it ships. Our reputation is built on trust and quality.
What types of embroidery does Jabeenz offer?
We offer a wide range of traditional and contemporary embroidery techniques including zardozi, dabka, kundan, sequin work, thread embroidery, pearl detailing, and mirror work. Our skilled artisans combine these techniques to create intricate, high-quality embellishments. During your consultation, our designer will recommend the best embroidery style to suit your outfit, occasion, and personal taste.
Our Services
Do you offer outfit rental or hire?
No. Jabeenz does not offer rental or hire. All our garments are for purchase only. Every piece is either handcrafted bespoke to your measurements or carefully selected from our collections. Our outfits are made with premium fabrics and hand-embroidery to the highest standard because they are meant to be treasured and kept, not returned after a single wear.
Can you copy or replicate a designer outfit?
No. We do not produce replicas, copies, or imitations of any other designer's work. At Jabeenz, every design we create is our own original work, shaped by nearly 50 years of expertise in Asian bridal and occasion wear. What we can do is take your inspiration and ideas and craft an entirely original outfit that brings your personal vision to life in a way no copy ever could.
Can you alter or repair garments bought from another shop?
No. We only alter and repair garments originally purchased from Jabeenz. We know the construction, fabrics, and embroidery techniques of our own pieces inside and out, which means we can alter them properly without compromising the quality. We cannot guarantee the same standard with garments made by others.
Do you accept rush orders or last-minute requests?
Every Jabeenz garment is handcrafted with care, and genuine quality takes time. Our minimum lead times are approximately 4 weeks for simpler pieces, 8 weeks for party wear, and 10 weeks for bridal outfits. We strongly recommend planning ahead, especially for bridal orders, to allow proper time for design, production, and fittings.
Do you purchase from untrusted suppliers or individuals?
Absolutely not. Jabeenz only works with trusted, verified suppliers and production partners we have built long-standing relationships with over many years. We never source materials or products from unknown or unverified individuals. This is a core part of how we protect the quality, authenticity, and reputation of our brand and, most importantly, the trust our customers place in us.
What services does Jabeenz offer?
We offer a complete range of bridal and occasion wear services. This includes bespoke garment design and production, personalised styling consultations both in-store and via WhatsApp video call, colour matching and family outfit coordination, custom sizing and measurements, handcrafted embroidery including zardozi, dabka and kundan work, curated accessories to complete your look, and alterations on Jabeenz-purchased garments. We are your one-stop destination for South Asian occasion wear.
What types of outfits do you specialise in?
We specialise in bridal lehengas, shararas, ghararas, anarkalis, pishwas, maxis, gowns, and formal party wear for every South Asian celebration including Mehndi, Baraat, Walima, Nikkah, Eid, and evening events. Every piece is designed in-house and handcrafted by our skilled artisans using both traditional and contemporary techniques.
Do you sell groom or menswear outfits?
No. Jabeenz specialises exclusively in women's bridal, party, and occasion wear. We do not stock or produce any groom or menswear outfits. Our entire focus, expertise, and nearly 50 years of experience is dedicated to creating beautiful women's garments, and that is where our quality and craftsmanship is at its best.
Is every Jabeenz outfit unique?
Yes. Because we are a manufacturer and not a reseller, and because we customise every piece to your chosen colour, fabric, embroidery style, and measurements, no two Jabeenz outfits are ever the same. Even when customers start from the same collection design, the personalisation means each finished piece is genuinely one of a kind.

Occasions & Styling
What should I wear for a Mehndi?
Mehndi outfits are typically vibrant and full of joy. Think greens, yellows, oranges, and bold multicolour combinations. Popular choices include shararas, lehengas with lighter embroidery, and maxis. We can customise any outfit to match your specific Mehndi colour theme and make it truly yours.
What do you recommend for a Baraat?
The Baraat is the grandest occasion and the outfit should make a statement. We specialise in heavily embroidered bridal lehengas in red, maroon, and gold with zardozi and kundan work. This is where our bespoke service truly comes into its own. We create show-stopping pieces crafted to your exact vision.

Walima outfits are elegant and understated. Pastels, ivory, blush, powder blue, and silver tones work beautifully. Anarkalis, pishwas, and lighter lehengas with delicate embroidery are popular choices. We can help you find something that feels graceful and special for this occasion.
What about a Nikkah outfit?
Nikkah outfits are typically white, ivory, or soft pastels. The look is refined and elegant. Shararas, ghararas, and floor-length gowns with subtle embroidery are beautiful choices. We can help you find the perfect balance between tradition and your personal style.
Can you help coordinate outfits for my whole family?
Absolutely, and this is something we really enjoy doing. We offer colour matching and family coordination services. Whether you need outfits for the bride, mother of the bride, sisters, or bridesmaids, we can create a cohesive colour palette and complementary designs so the whole family looks beautifully put together.
Do you provide personal styling advice?
Yes. Our experienced team offers personalised styling advice based on your occasion, body shape, personal taste, and colour preferences. We help with everything from choosing the right silhouette and fabric to dupatta draping styles, jewellery pairing, and overall look coordination. You are in safe hands.
Can I order outfits for multiple occasions as a package?
Yes, and many of our bridal customers do exactly this. Ordering outfits for Mehndi, Baraat, Walima, and Nikkah together lets us coordinate designs and colours across all your events. It creates a cohesive bridal wardrobe that tells your story beautifully, and it often works out better value too.
What should I wear for Eid or a formal evening event?
For Eid and formal events, we recommend elegant party wear such as anarkalis, maxis, gowns, or lighter lehengas with refined embroidery. Bold jewel tones and pastels both work beautifully depending on the occasion and your personal style. Our designer can create something perfectly suited to your event, from light and contemporary to richly embroidered and statement-making.
