Jabeenz is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we are continually working to improve the experience for all our visitors.
What we have done
We have built our website with accessibility in mind from the start. Here are some of the features we have put in place:
- Keyboard navigation - every page on our website can be navigated using a keyboard alone, without needing a mouse
- Screen reader support - we use semantic HTML, ARIA labels, and proper heading structure so that screen readers can interpret our content correctly
- Skip to content - a "skip to main content" link is available at the top of every page, allowing keyboard users to bypass repeated navigation
- Focus indicators - visible focus outlines appear on interactive elements (links, buttons, form fields) so you can always see where you are on the page
- Reduced motion - if you have set a preference for reduced motion in your operating system or browser, our animations and transitions will be turned off or simplified
- Alt text on images - all meaningful images include descriptive alternative text. Decorative images are properly marked so screen readers skip them
- Colour contrast - we have chosen colour combinations that meet WCAG AA contrast ratios to ensure text is readable
- Responsive design - our website adapts to different screen sizes and works well when text is resized up to 200%
Known limitations
While we work hard to keep everything accessible, there may be areas where we fall short. Some older content or third-party integrations may not fully meet our accessibility standards. We are actively reviewing and improving these areas.
If you encounter any specific barriers, we genuinely want to know about them so we can fix them.

If you find anything on our website that is difficult to use or does not work well with your assistive technology, please let us know. Your feedback helps us improve.
