Dhani Gharara

Dhani Gharara brings the freshness of dhani green, a soft pistachio tone, to the classic gharara silhouette. Designed at our Manchester studio from lightweight chiffon, this three-piece ensemble carries the elegance of traditional construction with a colour palette that feels distinctly contemporary. The result is a garment that works across seasons and occasions without ever feeling overdone. Well suited for mehndi celebrations, Eid gatherings, daytime wedding events, and formal lunches where colour should uplift rather than overpower.

The Shirt

The shirt is crafted from dhani green chiffon with a straight-cut silhouette and a flattering A-line shape. Resham embroidery in tonal greens and soft gold covers the front panel in an organic pattern of florals and leafy trails. The embroidery is deliberately lighter in density than bridal pieces, allowing the fabric's natural flow to remain visible. Sequin accents are woven into the threadwork rather than applied separately, creating an integrated sparkle. The neckline features a simple round cut with concentrated border work, and the sleeves carry matching motifs to three-quarter length.

The Gharara

The gharara trousers follow the traditional construction: fitted through the thigh and knee, then flaring into wide panels below. The flared sections are cut from matching chiffon with embroidered borders along the hem that use the same resham and sequin vocabulary as the shirt. The flare creates graceful movement that is central to the gharara's distinctive character. An elasticated waistband provides comfort for extended wear.

The Dupatta

A matching chiffon dupatta with sequin-edged borders on all four sides completes the set. The lightweight construction ensures comfortable draping in warm weather, while scattered spray work adds gentle shimmer across the body.

Fast-fashion retailers mass-produce garments in factories. This piece is handcrafted by our skilled artisans using traditional embroidery methods. Imported items use machine finishing. Jabeenz garments feature hand-applied zardozi, dabka or tilla work. This takes between 200 and 2,000 hours to complete. Our direct production model also means you can customise the colour, fabric, embroidery and sizing to your exact needs.
