Shopping & Product Questions
How do I place an order with Jabeenz?
You can place an order through our website enquiry basket, via WhatsApp, by calling us on 07361 805655, or by visiting our Manchester showroom. For bespoke orders, we recommend starting with a consultation so we can understand your vision and walk you through fabric, design, and sizing options together.
What is the difference between Enquire and Buy on the website?
Some items are available to purchase directly online, while bespoke and made-to-order pieces require an enquiry first. The enquiry lets us have a proper conversation about customisation, confirm your measurements, and make sure the outfit is exactly right for you before we begin handcrafting it. It is our way of giving you a personal experience even online.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers (BACS), card payments (Visa and Mastercard via Stripe), and cash at our Manchester showroom. For bespoke and made-to-order items, we ask for a 50% advance deposit to begin work, with the remaining 50% due before dispatch.
How does the deposit system work?
A 50% deposit is required to start your bespoke or made-to-order piece. The remaining balance is due before we dispatch your outfit. Before you pay that final balance, we send you detailed photos and offer a WhatsApp video call so you can see the finished garment up close and confirm you are happy with every detail. You are always in control.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. Once your order is confirmed and the deposit received, we send a full confirmation via WhatsApp and email. This covers your design specifications, measurements, estimated delivery timeline, and payment summary. Everything is documented so you have complete peace of mind.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Amendments can be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, production will have begun and changes may not be possible. This is why we spend time during the consultation to get every detail just right before work starts.
How can I track my order?
We keep you updated at every stage through WhatsApp. You will receive progress photos of your garment during production and full tracking details once it has been dispatched. You are never left wondering where your order is.
What is the best way to contact Jabeenz?
WhatsApp is our fastest channel. You can message us anytime and we will respond promptly. You can also call us on 07361 805655, send an Instagram DM to @jabeenzbridal, or use the enquiry form on our website. Our showroom is open daily from 11am to 7pm.
What types of garments does Jabeenz specialise in?
We specialise in bridal lehengas, shararas, ghararas, anarkalis, pishwas, maxis, gowns, and party wear for every South Asian occasion. Every piece is designed in-house and handcrafted using traditional techniques including zardozi, dabka, kundan, sequin, and thread embroidery. We have been perfecting this craft since 1975.
Are all Jabeenz designs original?
Yes. Every Jabeenz design is our own original creation. We are a manufacturer, not a reseller or stockist. We do not produce replicas or copies. Each outfit is designed by our team with decades of expertise and can be further personalised to make it uniquely yours.
What fabrics do you use?
We work with premium fabrics including raw silk, organza, chiffon, velvet, net, jamawar, and cotton silk. All our fabrics are sourced from trusted, verified suppliers we have worked with for years. The right fabric choice depends on the garment type, occasion, and your personal preference, and we are always happy to guide you.
How should I care for my Jabeenz outfit?
We recommend professional dry cleaning for all our garments. Store your outfit in the breathable garment cover we provide, away from direct sunlight and damp conditions. For heavily embroidered pieces, fold them carefully with tissue paper between the layers rather than hanging them for long periods. Proper care will keep your outfit looking beautiful for years.
Will the colour look exactly as shown on the website?
We photograph our garments as accurately as possible, but screen colours can vary between devices. For bespoke orders, we can send fabric swatches or close-up photos taken in natural light via WhatsApp so you can confirm the exact shade before production begins. We want you to be completely confident in your choice.
Do you sell accessories to complete the look?
Yes. We offer a curated range of accessories including jewellery, clutch bags, dupattas, and footwear. Our styling team can help you choose pieces that complement your outfit and create a polished, cohesive look for your event.
What makes Jabeenz different from other Asian bridal boutiques?
Jabeenz is a manufacturer with nearly 50 years of heritage, established in Manchester since 1975. Unlike retailers who resell other brands, we design and produce everything ourselves using only trusted, verified suppliers. This means original designs, honest pricing with no middlemen, full customisation, and our unique pre-dispatch verification process where you see and approve your garment before it ships. Our reputation is built on trust and quality.
What types of embroidery does Jabeenz offer?
We offer a wide range of traditional and contemporary embroidery techniques including zardozi, dabka, kundan, sequin work, thread embroidery, pearl detailing, and mirror work. Our skilled artisans combine these techniques to create intricate, high-quality embellishments. During your consultation, our designer will recommend the best embroidery style to suit your outfit, occasion, and personal taste.
