The Front Open Jacket

The maroon jacket is crafted in velvet with a front-open cut that reveals the contrasting ivory beneath. Zardozi and dabka embroidery covers the front panels, collar, and sleeves in dense, ornate patterns. The embroidery features traditional floral scrollwork with kora highlights that add three-dimensional depth. The jacket length extends past the hips, creating a regal proportion when paired with the voluminous farshi below. The front edges are bordered with a concentrated band of moti and sequin work that frames the opening.

The Ivory Farshi

The farshi lehenga is constructed in ivory raw silk with a floor-sweeping cut that pools gracefully at the feet. Resham and zardozi embroidery in gold and maroon tones decorates the lower portion of the skirt, creating a visual connection to the jacket above. The border is deeply worked, with the embroidery band extending nearly a third of the way up the skirt, ensuring the garment looks as detailed at the hem as it does at the waist. Multiple panels create the necessary volume for the farshi's characteristic sweep.

The Dupatta

An organza dupatta in ivory with maroon and gold border embroidery bridges the two colour stories of this ensemble. Heavy corner work and four-sided finishing ensure it drapes with weight and intention, whether styled over the head or across one shoulder.
