Maroon Farshi Lehenga with Tail
Maroon Farshi Lehenga with Tail is a bridal centrepiece designed for brides who want grandeur without compromise. Crafted at our Manchester atelier from deep maroon raw silk, this farshi (floor-sweeping) lehenga features an extended tail that creates a breathtaking silhouette as you walk. The trailing hemline turns every Discover a moment worth photographing. Reserved for the most significant celebrations, this lehenga is built for bridal ceremonies, baraat processions, and receptions where the bride should be the undisputed focus. The Choli
The choli bodice is structured in maroon raw silk with a sweetheart neckline framed by heavy zardozi and dabka embroidery. The front panel is densely worked with layered motifs that combine traditional Mughal florals with geometric precision. Resham threads in complementary burgundy and gold tones fill the spaces between the metallic work, creating depth that reveals itself on closer inspection. The sleeves are full-length with sheer net panels above the elbow, allowing the embroidery to appear suspended. The back is finished with an intricate button trail. The Farshi Lehenga
The lehenga skirt is the star of this ensemble. Constructed from multiple kalis (panels) of raw silk, it creates extraordinary volume that pools at the feet and extends into a dramatic tail. Zardozi and resham embroidery cascades from the waistband in vertical patterns that elongate the silhouette, with the density increasing dramatically toward the border. The tail section features concentrated embroidery that ensures it photographs as beautifully from behind as from the front. Cancan layering provides the structure needed to support the weight of the embroidery. The Dupatta
The bridal dupatta is crafted in organza with heavy zardozi and dabka border work on all four sides. Central medallion motifs and scattered moti spray work ensure the dupatta holds its own against the heavily worked lehenga, whether draped over the head or cascading from one shoulder.Design Highlights
