Book a Free Consultation

A bridal consultation Manchester brides can trust. Book a free session at our showroom. Walk-ins welcome, or book ahead to guarantee your slot.

A bridal consultation is a one-on-one styling session where our design team helps you find or create the perfect outfit for your occasion. At Jabeenz, every consultation is completely free, with no obligation to purchase.

What to Expect

Personal Styling

A one-on-one session with our design team in our private Manchester showroom. We will discuss your event, explore fabrics and colours, and help you find or create the perfect outfit.

No Obligation

Every consultation is completely free with no pressure to purchase. Take your time, ask questions, and explore your options. We are here to guide you, not to sell to you.

Expert Advice

With over 50 years of experience in South Asian formalwear, our team offers expert guidance on fabrics, embroidery styles, colour palettes, and sizing for weddings, mehndi, walima, and all formal occasions.

Your Consultation Experience

A Jabeenz consultation is a relaxed, personal experience designed to help you find exactly the right outfit for your occasion. Whether you are a bride searching for your dream lehenga, a mother of the bride, or a guest looking for the perfect party-wear ensemble, our process is the same: we listen to what you want, show you what is possible, and help you make a confident decision.

What Happens During Your Visit

Your consultation typically lasts 30 to 60 minutes. Our design team will begin by understanding your event, your personal style, and any ideas you have in mind. We will then walk you through our current collections, discuss fabric options, and show you embroidery and embellishment samples. If you are interested in a bespoke piece, we will take your measurements and discuss the design in detail.

What to Bring

  • Inspiration images: screenshots from Instagram, Pinterest boards, photos from magazines, or pictures of outfits you love. These help us understand your vision quickly.
  • Your event details: the type of event (wedding, mehndi, walima, engagement, formal dinner), the date, and the venue if known. This helps us recommend appropriate styles and fabrics for the season and setting.
  • Colour preferences: if you have a specific colour in mind, a fabric swatch or photo of the shade is helpful. We can match virtually any colour.
  • Comfortable clothing: wear form-fitting clothes if you would like to try on pieces or have measurements taken during your visit.
  • A friend or family member: many of our customers bring someone whose opinion they trust. You are welcome to bring up to two guests.

For Brides

If you are booking a bridal consultation, we recommend visiting at least 10 to 14 weeks before your event to allow enough time for bespoke production and fittings. For heavily embroidered bridal pieces, 16 weeks or more is ideal. During your bridal consultation, we will discuss everything from silhouette and neckline to dupatta styling and jewellery pairing. Many of our brides also order outfits for their mehndi, walima, and reception during the same visit.

Common Questions

Is the consultation really free?

Yes, every consultation is completely free with no obligation to purchase. We want you to feel comfortable exploring your options. Whether you decide to order on the day or take time to think, there is never any pressure.

Do I need to book in advance?

Walk-ins are welcome 7 days a week, 11am to 7pm. However, booking ahead guarantees your preferred time slot and ensures a member of our design team is available to give you their full attention. Weekends and evenings tend to be busier, so advance booking is recommended for those times.

What should I bring?

Bring any inspiration images (screenshots, Pinterest boards, magazine clippings), details about your event (date, venue, dress code), and wear form-fitting clothing if you would like measurements taken. You are welcome to bring up to two guests for their opinion.

How long does a consultation take?

A typical consultation lasts 30 to 60 minutes. Bridal consultations may take a little longer as we discuss multiple outfits, embroidery details, and take measurements. There is no rush, and you are welcome to take as much time as you need.

Can I have a virtual consultation if I cannot visit Manchester?

Yes. We regularly work with customers across the UK and internationally via WhatsApp video call. We can show you fabrics, discuss designs, and guide you through taking your own measurements at home. Contact us to arrange a virtual consultation at a time that suits you.

How far in advance should I book for a wedding?

For bridal orders, we recommend booking your consultation at least 10 to 14 weeks before your wedding date. For heavily embroidered pieces, 16 weeks or more is ideal. This allows time for design, production, and fittings. If your event is sooner, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.

What Happens During a Consultation

A bridal consultation at Jabeenz is a relaxed, one-to-one session with one of our design team. There is no group appointment, no time limit pressure, and no obligation to buy. We set aside 60 to 90 minutes for each bridal consultation in Manchester, giving you enough time to explore fabrics, discuss ideas, and ask as many questions as you like.

During your session, we start by getting to know your wedding plans: which events you are shopping for, what colours and styles appeal to you, and what your budget looks like. From there, we pull fabrics, show you finished garments for reference, and sketch out ideas together. By the end, you will have a clear picture of what is possible and what it will cost.

How to Prepare

You do not need to bring anything specific, but it helps to have some reference images saved on your phone. Screenshots from social media, photos from family weddings, or pages torn from magazines all give us a starting point. If you have a colour scheme in mind, wear something in that shade or bring a swatch so we can match against our fabric library.

Bring someone whose opinion you trust, whether that is your mother, sister, or best friend. Having a second pair of eyes is always useful when making big decisions. We also recommend wearing or bringing clothes that are easy to change out of, in case you want to try on any sample pieces during your visit.

Booking Your Visit

You can book a bridal consultation in Manchester through our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp. Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours, but a booked appointment guarantees dedicated time with our design team. We are open seven days a week from 11am to 7pm, and consultations are always free with no deposit needed to book.
