Fashion Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Fashion Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Pakistani fashion trends, fabrics, and embellishments, with a passion for designing bridal and party wear. As a Fashion Designer at Jabeenz, you will be responsible for creating innovative designs that reflect our brand’s essence and meet the desires of our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop original design concepts for bridal and party wear, including sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings.
• Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, particularly in Pakistani and South Asian bridal and party wear.
• Collaborate with the design team to select fabrics, colors, and embellishments that align with the design vision.
• Create detailed specifications for each design, including measurements, fabric choices, and embellishment details.
• Oversee the production process, ensuring that designs are executed accurately and meet the highest quality standards.
• Work closely with tailors and artisans to ensure the final product meets the design specifications and brand standards.
• Participate in fittings and make necessary adjustments to ensure perfect fit and finish.
• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences, providing personalized design solutions.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of creativity.
• Contribute to the development of seasonal collections and special projects, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing bridal and party wear, preferably within the Pakistani fashion industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of bridal and party wear designs.
• Excellent understanding of fabrics, colors, and embellishments used in Pakistani fashion.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD.
• Strong sewing and pattern-making skills.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
